Pagoda Point in Yercaud enjoys a special place among the hill stations of Tamil Nadu for its intoxicating natural beauty and jaw dropping views.

Lying on the eastern part of Yercaud hills is the Pagoda Point known for its arresting view of the distant mountains. Pagoda Point gives a bird’s eye view of the entire town of Salem, the neighbouring village of Kakambadi, and the 21 hairpin bends of Yercaud. The majestic mountains of Yercaud extending over the green spread of land is a sight to hook the heart of any Nature lover.

Also known as the Pyramid Point, because of the presence of four piles of stones arranged in the shape of a pyramid, it resembles a temple tower. Besides the peaceful ambience it offers, there’s an old Rama temple nearby that tourists can visit.
